Go to health care institution

  1. In case of any health problems under coverage, go to the health institution
  2. If you select one of the contracted health institutions, you can benefit from discount offers and your provision operations are followed by this institution
  3. In Önce Saglik (Supplementary Health) Insurance, it is obligatory to use SSI linked hospitals and institutions which are also contracted by our Company. No provision is given and no payment is made in person for the transactions performed at other hospitals and institutions.
  4. If you prefer a non-contracted health institution, no provision will be given. Please send all necessary documents to Sompo Sigorta A.S Health Service.
  5. The documents you submit to our company upon request of payment in person are examined by experts. Reimbursement is made to the insured's bank account for the health expenditures in compliance with the policy.  (Not applicable for Önce Saglik Policies)
  6. After the examinations are completed, payment is made to the insured's bank account number.

Find out more about Damage Notification

  1. Tell us about your disease (for diseases covered by your policy) within 15 days after learning.
  2. After submitting the notification, please send us the documents in the following order in full and in original.
  3. Your documents are reviewed by doctors at our company.
  4. After the examinations are completed, payment is made to the insured's bank account number.

Necessary information and documents

  1. Copy of identity card
  2. Doctor's report and examination results that form the basis of diagnosis
  3. Hospital admission-discharge epicrisis
  4. Where necessary, samples, labels, originals etc. of the examinations performed
  5. Medical Examination Form completed by the insured's doctor
  6. All procedures and reports to be performed by hospital or specialist physician, medical examination form
  7. Any medical information and examination required during the assessment of compensation, even if not specified here.
  8. Note: Foregoing documents are standard and extra documents can be requested depending on the nature of the damage.
