  3. The expert makes the determination.

  6. The letter stating that the stolen goods and perpetrators were not found at the end of the waiting period specified in the General Terms and Conditions. (At the end of 30 days, you will receive a letter from Sompo Sigorta A.S addressed to the authorities in order to receive this letter from the police station.)
