In the event that you cause any action to provide unfair advantage to you or third parties in the insurance relationship in which you have the title of Insurer/Insurant/Beneficiary/Rightholder, the cases of receiving or not receiving the compensation may occur, as well as the Turkish Penal Code and the provisions of the "Regulation on the Detection, Notification, Registration of False Insurance Practices and the Procedures and Principles for Combating These Practices" published in the Official Gazette dated April 30, 2011 and numbered 27920.
