Also, you will enjoy a private health insurance that offers coverage for emergencies, which may occur during your stay in Türkiye. When you choose to receive healthcare services in Türkiye, provided that you apply to the authorization center in advance, you may use a broad network of contracted healthcare institutions, specific to this product.

Depending on your requirements, you may choose “Emergency Support”, “Inpatient Treatment Support “or “Inpatient + Outpatient Treatment Support” plans. Details of packages are as follows:

Renewal means an application to be filed by Insurance Holder before the Insurance Company within 30 days after the date of expiry of the current insurance contract and the maintenance of the insurance without interruption starting from the date of expiry of the insurance term under the terms of the new insurance contract, mutually agreed between Insurance Company and Insurance Holder.

A maximum two of these online consultancies may be with specialists. In addition, 24/7 health consultancy service will be provided using online chat.

In case the insured does not participate in the interview or in case the appointment is canceled less than 3 hours before the interview, it will be deducted from annual limit.

While you can use online physician service worldwide, you may use other coverages in Turkey, depending on the plan of your choice.

This policy is available for Republic of Türkiye nationals, domiciled abroad and their relatives (who are Republic of Türkiye and/or foreign nationals) and Republic of Türkiye identity information is required for the insurance holder.

Health Insurance Beyond Borders is an optional health insurance. You may obtain Health Insurance Beyond Borders to be able to quickly access online healthcare service worldwide and you may receive treatment during your visit to Türkiye in contracted institutions with select staff of specialist physicians, subject to special and general conditions within the framework of limits.

In case Emergency Support Package is purchased, there is a waiting period of 24 hours for the coverages of this policy and the coverages may only be used 24 hours after policy commencement. In case of a covered emergency, treatment expenses, specified above, will be covered within the framework of policy general and special conditions, subject to “Emergency Treatment Coverage” annual limit, specified in policy. The emergency, specified hereunder, must have developed no more than 72 hours prior to arrival at a healthcare Institution.

Expenses for treatments, complications, all physiotherapy and rehabilitation expenses, regardless of whether in outpatient or inpatient setting, for the diseases/conditions, listed below, are subject to a waiting period of 6 months. Pre-existing conditions are not included within the scope of the insurance. ·       Chronic kidney diseases and dialysis, urinary tract stones, prostate and bladder diseases, varicocele (infertility-related varicocele will not be reimbursed even after waiting period), hydrocele, spermatocele, cord cyst.,

·       Cardiovascular diseases, varices (including esophageal varices), (hypertension, diabetes)

Outpatient treatment coverage consists of physician examination, laboratory services, radiology, advanced diagnostic methods and physiotherapy coverages.

If Outpatient Treatment Coverage is chosen, reimbursement will be made subject to the limits and contributions, specified on policy.

Inpatient treatment coverage consists of surgery and internal medicine hospitalizations, intensive care, chemotherapy, radiotherapy, dialysis, minor procedure, artificial limb, post-operative physical therapy and medical material expenses.
