Find out more about Damage Notification

  1. Following the notification of the damage to our Company, noting the file number that will be given to you by your customer representative will facilitate the access to the information about the file as soon as possible. This file number will be used for all notifications.
  2. It is important to provide the correct GMS number during the notification as it will be used by all of our communication sources.
  3. If a surveyor is appointed for damage assessment, your surveyor's name and surname and phone numbers will be notified to your mobile phone via SMS.
  4. Depending on the damage, leave all the necessary documents to the contracted service or deliver them to the surveyor.
  5. If the time required for repair of your vehicle exceeds 24 hours and your vehicle is brought to the repair service after the towing service provided by us (during the replacement service included in your policy), you can benefit from free substitute vehicle service.
  6. You can follow up your transactions with the damage file number given to you from our help line 0850 250 81 81 day and night until your claim file is finalized.
  7. After the expert report is completed, you can pick up your vehicle from our contracted service. If your vehicle is not at our contracted service, payment is made to the insured's account number.

  3. Uncontested accident report

  8. Fire report and damage photos in case of fire
  9. Weighbridge voucher, invoice for waybill for vehicles carrying cargo
  10. Insured's IBAN details
  11. If the applicant is a proxy, the power of attorney and the IBAN number of the agent
  12. Note: Foregoing documents are standard and extra documents can be requested depending on the nature of the damage.

  1. After the notice, send the copy of the reports and the license to our company without delay.
  2. In the event that the vehicle is not found after the legal waiting period of 30 days, the Company will send you request letters regarding the documents to be received from the relevant authorities and the agreement letter regarding the fair value of your vehicle.

  6. Letter of consent to be issued by the respective institution if there is loss payable stamp
