What you need to know about Claims Notification

  1. Noting the file number that will be given to you by your customer representative following the notification of the claim to our Company will facilitate access to information about the file as soon as possible. This file number will be used in all notifications.
  2. If an expert has been appointed for claim assessment, your appraiser's name, surname and phone numbers will be notified to your mobile phone via SMS.
  3. Expert detects.
  4. Submit all necessary documents to the appraiser, depending on your claim.
  5. Until your claim file is finalized, you can follow up your transactions on our helpline numbered 0850 250 81 81 day and night, with the claim file number given to you.
  6. After the loss adjuster's report is closed and the report is reviewed by the experts in our Company, the payment is made to the bank account number of the insured.
