Mr. Nicolas Anthony Burnet, born in 1968, graduated from Saint Joseph’s University and the MBA Program at Cornell University. With over 28 years of experience in the Financial Services Sector, Mr. Burnet spent approximately 16 years at Zurich Insurance Group. Throughout his career, he has held executive roles across various regions, including New York, Zurich, Bermuda, and Philadelphia.

Since March 2023, Mr. Burnet has been serving as Deputy General Manager of Financial Affairs at Sompo International Holdings. Prior to this role, he worked as the Chief Financial Officer of PartnerRE. As of July 2023, he was appointed as a Member of the Board of Directors at Sompo Sigorta A.Ş. and has been serving as Chairman of the Board since January 2025.

Ms. Işın Mengenli, born in 1972, graduated from the Department of English Language Teaching at Boğaziçi University and from the Professional Certificate in Management Practices program at New York University. Ms. Mengenli began her professional career in 1995 as a Human Resources Specialist at Yapı Kredi Bank and continued in this role until 1998. Ms. Mengenli subsequently served as Human Resources Manager at Dışbank between 1998 and 2000; as Manager of Human Resources and Management Consulting at Deloitte from 2000 to 2005; and as Human Resources Director at Deloitte from 2005 to 2007. Between 2008 and 2010, Ms. Mengenli held the position of Director of Human Resources Consulting at Hay Group, followed by a similar role at Mercer between 2011 and 2014. From 2015 to 2025, Ms. Mengenli served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Sompo Sigorta. As of March 31, 2025, Ms. Mengenli stepped down from her position as Chief Human Resources Officer at Sompo Sigorta and was appointed as a Member of the Board of Directors, a role she currently continues to fulfill.

Born in 1977, Mr. Fahri Uğur completed his undergraduate education in the Department of Finance at Hacettepe University and his master's degree in MBA from New York University. He started his career in 2002 as Assistant Insurance Auditing Specialist at the Insurance and Private Pensions Regulation and Supervision Agency, and was appointed as Insurance Auditing Specialist in 2006. Between 2013 and 2015, he served as Assistant General Manager for Technical Affairs at Halk Sigorta and as a Member of the Board of Directors of Türk P&I Sigorta. Joining the Sompo Sigorta family as Assistant General Manager of Financial Affairs in 2015, Fahri Uğur was appointed as a Member of the Board of Directors of Sompo Sigorta Inc. as of 25.02.2021.

Mr. Besim Ergün, who was born in 1965, was graduated from the Department of Civil Engineering at Bogaziçi University. Mr. Ergün, working as the Deputy General Manager at Axa Oyak Sigorta between 1991-2001 and Deputy General Manager at Meteksan Sistem ve Bilgisayar Teknolojileri between 2001-2004, joined Sompo Sigorta A.S. in 2004 and served as the Deputy General Manager between 2004-2013 and Board Member between 2010 and 2013. Mr. Besim Ergün, who has been working as the Business Development Consultant since 2013, has been appointed as the Board Member of Sompo Sigorta AS as of March 2019 .

Mr. Kemal Beceren, who was born in 1967, was graduated from Bogaziçi University, Department of Computer Engineering and completed his MBA at the same institution. He worked as the IT Group Manager at QNB Finansbank between 1991-2000 and as IT Group Manager at Carrefour SA between 2001-2007. Kemal Beceren, joining to Sompo Sigorta A.S. family as a Coordinator in 2007, has been working as the the Deputy General Manager since 2010. Mr. Beceren has been appointed as a Member of the Board of Directors of Sompo Sigorta AS. as of March 2019.
